Abhijit Bhaduri, an author, management consultant, columnist and strategist advisor based in Bangalore, is the former Chief Learning Officer of the Wipro Group.
Prior to Wipro, he led HR teams at Microsoft, Pepsi, Colgate, and Tata Steel. He also taught HR at his alma mater, Xavier Labor Relations Institute, Jamshedpur.
He was the leadership & personal branding coach and CEO of Abhijit Bhaduri & Associates before his second stint with Microsoft as a part of the Talent, Learning, and Insights team in 2022.
Bhaduri's writings have appeared in journals & magazines including The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review Ascend, The Hindu Business Line, and Operations Research & Management Sciences.
He regularly writes for The Economic Times & blogs for the Times of India.
As an author, he has written five books Mediocre But Arrogant, Married but Available, Don't Hire The Best, The Digital Tsunami, and Dreamers & Unicorns.
Abhijit Bhaduri is an amateur cartoonist, has illustrated several books, and is a regular speaker.
He made a brief appearance in the 2007 Bollywood film Apna Aasman starring Irrfan, Anupam Kher, Rajat Kapoor, and Shobana, and has also acted in plays staged in India, Kuala Lumpur, and the US.
Abhijit has been blogging for over a decade and is also the podcast host of his channel Dreamers and Unicorns 2.0, a weekly podcast that demystifies the dreams of market shapers and dreamers.
